Pink has always been known for her creative staging on tour, but the star has said she is inspired by none other than Tina Turner.

Pink is taking her 'Summer Carnival' event on the road before her 'TRUSTFALL' arena tour.

She told 'Today': "When you go and see Tina Turner and she’s 69 years old in Louboutins, running all around that stage sounding better than you ever have and dancing harder, you have no excuse.

“I’m gonna be 90 in a tutu, Pink-erbell flying through the air. Yeah, why wouldn’t I? It’s so much fun.”

We can't wait for that.

Pink also shared the workings of touring with her kids in tow.

It turns out she has given her daughter Willow a paying job on tour.

The 11-year-old has been learning how to negotiate money and pay-rises as part of the educational idea.

“Willow has a job on tour," she explained. "We just had to go over minimum wage and it’s different state to state.”

“I said it’s about $22.50 a show depending how long I go, if I run over. She goes, ‘I’ll take $20. it’s easier to do the math,’” Pink recalled. “I’m like ‘That’s not how you negotiate for yourself.’ I’m like, ‘You’ll take $25 so it’s easier math.’”

She concluded, “That’s how you negotiate!”

Pink joked that Willow's younger brother Jameson was less interested in negotiation.

She joked that he wasn't interested in money, adding: “James is like, ‘I just want a lollipop.’”
