Jess Glynne looks to be making her big move back into the charts.

After a three-year social media hiatus, the Rather Be singer wiped her Instagram account clean, and uploaded her cover of Beyonce’s latest hit, Break My Soul.

Making her own DIY music video for her take on the dance track, Jess can be seen busting a move in various locations, including a hotel room, a petrol station, outside a convenience shop and in a leafy park.

Jess added her own lyrics to the song, which seemed to confirm her plans to bring out new music.

She sang: “Made a few cutbacks, had a few setbacks, girl had to realign. Thought I would react but I’m back on track, everything great takes time.”

Jess’ last album was 2018’s Always In Between, which included the chart-topping single I’ll Be There.

Since then, the Grammy-award winner split from her record label, Atlantic Records, and in March, she signed on with Roc Nation.

If she is about to make her comeback, she’ll be adding to quite an illustrious career so far.

Jess has the most U.K. No.1 singles for a British solo female artist, totalling seven. She has also picked up a Grammy and two Ivor Novello Awards, alongside nine BRIT Award nominations.

Fans on TikTok were loving Jess’ potential revival. One commented: “Absolutely LOVE IT,” while another added: “Welcome back.”

A third wrote: “I missed you. Absolutely love this cover.”

Speaking of Beyonce, the iconic singer has just made her own return to music with her highly-anticipated seventh studio album - Renaissance.

The Single Ladies hit-maker dropped the 16-track record at midnight on Friday (29 July), and it becomes her first solo album since 2016’s critically-acclaimed Lemonade.
