The Sugababes are going Round Round the UK and Ireland once again!

Fresh off their Mighty Hoopla performance earlier this month, the pop trio, Siobhan Donaghy, Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan, will hit the road for their first UK and Ireland tour in over 20 years.

The original line-up of Siobhan, Mutya and Keisha haven’t toured together since they released their debut album, One Touch, in 2000. A year later, Siobhan left the group, and Heidi Range took her place until 2009.

The seventeen-date tour will kick off in Bristol on Sunday 16th October, before moving on to Southend, Norwich and Nottingham.

The iconic pop band will play London’s Eventim Apollo on 2nd November, and finish off their tour in Glasgow on 7th November.

Sugababes are one of the most successful British girl groups of all time, with six number one singles and multi-platinum albums under their belts.

Speaking about the exciting announcement, the Sugababes said in a statement: “We’re so excited to come full circle and announce our own headline UK tour.  We’ll be hitting the road in October and November - can’t wait to see you all there"

As well as Mighty Hoopla, Sugababes are bringing their noughties pop goodness to Glastonbury tomorrow (Friday 24th June) on the Avalon Stage, and are expected to perform some of their biggest hits, including Overload and Run For Cover.

The Sugababes comeback has been a long time coming, as the band came back together in 2019, and made plans for a 20th anniversary project to celebrate two decades of One Touch.

COVID scuppered those original ideas, but now the band is back under the original name. They released Flatline, the 2013 Mutya Keisha Siobhan debut single, earlier this month.

Tickets for the Sugababes 2022 tour go on general sale on Friday 1st July at 10am.
