An exhibition of memorabilia from The Jam and the Style Council is coming to Brighton.

As well as the collection of merch and memorabilia, there will be a selection of screenings and concerts.

It will take place from 29th July - 29th August 2022 as part of ’This Is The Modern World’ exhibition.

This event is the biggest ever collection of memorabilia spanning two decades of Paul Weller’s career in The Jam And The Style Council.

Performances will include Bruce Foxton’s From The Jam, Secret Affair, The Truth, The Chords UK and The Style Councillors featuring very special guests.

It will take place at St Peter's Church, beside Valley Gardens.

There will also be a special screening of Quadrophenia followed by a Q&A with cast-members Phil Daniels, Leslie Ash, Mark Wingett and Trevor Laird.

The Q&A and screening will take place on the August bank holiday weekend.

There will also be talks, special appearances and book-signings from Mick Talbot, Rick Buckler, Steve White, Dee C Lee, Simon Halfon and Jam designer Bill Smith and photographers Derek D'Souza, and Martyn Goddard.

It's a must for any fan with rare and unseen items on display.

Brighton was the location featured on the cover artwork of seminal Jam album 'Setting Sons' and made legendary by the 1979 cult film Quadrophenia.

The exhibition takes its title from The Jam’s second studio album released 45 years ago in 1977.
