Rag’n’Bone Man has announced he’ll be heading to Dreamland as the festival calendar continues to fill up.
The Human hitmaker, whose real name is Rory Graham, will headline the Margate Summer Series on Saturday 10th June, where he’ll perform alongside the likes of Bastille, Primal Scream and Tom Jones.
The Streets, Placebo, McFly and Olly Murs will also hit the stage for the massive open-air gigs, which kick off on 2nd June with The Soundcrash Funk & Soul Weekender.
Things will then come to a close just before autumn truly kicks off on 30th September with UB40 feat Ali Campbell.
Festival season kicks off for Rag’n’Bone Man on 16th June at Nova Festival in Helsinki, before he lands in Halifax at The Piece Hall on 23rd June.
Also on the Giant singer’s list for 2023 is Henley Festival on 5th July, and he’ll then join The Lumineers at their Crystal Palace Park gig on 8th July.
Prior to soaking up the sun on the festival circuit, Rag’n’Bone Man had jaws on the floor after taking part in an impromptu performance with EastEnders icon Shaun Williamson.
Taking part in his ‘Barrioke’ night in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, in January, the singer had the audience in shock when he came out on stage to perform his song Human, and changed the lyrics to ‘don’t put your blame on Barry.’
It seems Rag‘n’Bone Man has a particular love for EastEnders, and appeared as the musical guest at a carol concert fundraiser, in an episode that aired just before Christmas.
