We’re celebrating by helping change attitudes towards mental health.

Virgin Radio presenter Eddy Temple-Morris recently sat down with his mate Gemma Numan to chat about his mental health challenges and how she helped him through his darkest days.

Eddy met Gemma when her musician husband Gary Numan was a guest on his radio show.

Eddy said “Gary Numan made me and Gemma Numan saved me.”
