In first look images of the fourth episode of Peaky Blinders’ sixth and final season, we finally get to see Cillian Murphy and Stephen Graham in a scene together.

The end of the series is just on the horizon, and after Sunday night’s dramatic episode, it seems Tommy Shelby might be going off the rails once again.

After a particularly heartbreaking moment for the gangster, we can’t predict what his next move is going to be.

So, it might be bad news for Stephen Graham’s character Hayden Stagg, who has been causing mischief in the Shelby warehouses in Liverpool.

Ever since it was announced that Graham would be joining the Peaky cast for season six, fans have eagerly waited for the actor to join Cillian Murphy on screen.

First look images released by the BBC and reported by RadioTimes, might mean viewers will finally get what they wanted.

Tommy appears to be in the office of the Union Conveyer Hayden Stagg, who he previously ordered his men to kill. Despite being faced with one of Birmingham’s most feared men, Stagg seems to be perfectly calm.

Could he be new trouble for the Shelby clan?

In another image, it looks like Tommy is also cosying up to Michael’s wife, Gina (Anya Taylor-Joy).

Before now, Gina has referred to Tommy as ‘the devil’ and spoken quite openly with Michael about wanting him dead, so it will be interesting to see how their relationship plays out.

The fourth episode of season six is titled ‘Sapphire’, and the official plot synopsis reads: “Tommy establishes a connection between crime and political power that could alter the course of history. He also receives life-changing news from an unexpected source."

Sounds like we’re in for another dramatic episode

Peaky Blinders continues Sundays at 9pm on BBC One.
