Run for it. The aliens are coming. If you want even more panic in your life make sure you check out this upcoming sci-fi series starring the Jurassic Park actor.

From the brains behind Deadpool producer Simon Kinberg and Hunters' David Weil, the new spine-tingler follows an eclectic mix of characters around the globe as they deal with the very unwelcome visitors.

Set to tear up life as they know it, the affects of the invasion are 'chronicled by piecing together various perspectives of individuals from around the world'.

Kinberg said: “This show is a drama set against the backdrop of a massive alien invasion of earth. All of our characters are outsiders dealing with their own version of alienation we want all of these emotional stories magnified by this global traumatic event.”

There's sheriff (Sam Neill), a Navy SEAL in Afghanistan, a Syrian immigrant mother (Golshifteh Farahan), a British schoolboy (Billy Barratt) and a Japanese aerospace technician (Shioli Kutsuna).

The first three episodes debut on Apple TV+ on October 22 with further episodes dropping each Friday.

Sounds horrific. We can't wait.
