With their highly-anticipated new album just a couple of weeks away, Depeche Mode have shared a second track from the record.
Memento Mori, which lands on 24th March, will be the band’s 15th studio LP, and their first first in six years, following the release of Spirit in 2017. It will also be their first album since the death of founding member and keyboardist, Andy 'Fletch' Fletcher, last May at age 60.
My Cosmos Is Mine is the second taste of what fans can expect from Memento Mori, following the first slice from the new record, Ghosts Again, which landed last month.
“Don’t play with my world / Don’t mess with my mind / Don’t question my spacetime / My cosmos is mine,” the new song begins.

New album Memento Mori will be available on double vinyl, CD, cassette, and digitally.
Depeche Mode’s remaining members, Dave Gahan and Martin Gore, will be hitting the road for an extensive tour to support the new album. After a run of dates in North America, they will then be taking on Europe, including a night at Twickenham Stadium in London on 17th June, and a show at Malahide Castle in Dublin three days earlier.
My Cosmos is Mine is the opening song on Memento Mori. The full tracklisting for the band’s new album is as follows:
A cover of Depeche Mode’s Never Let Me Down Again by Jessica Mazin featured on a recent episode of The Last of Us. This followed the original version of the song playing an integral part in the closing scene of episode one of the hit drama.
