Sam Ryder to join P!nk’s line-up at BST Hyde Park

Eurovision superstar Sam Ryder will be joining P!nk’s line-up at American Express presents BST Hyde Park later this year. 

On Saturday 24th June, Sam will perform alongside the likes of Sam Tompkins, GAYLE, Maddie Zahm, Mae Stephens and Will Linley, as well as special guest Gwen Stefani. 

Just a day later, the likes of Nell Mescal will join Tinashe, Lyra, Maddie Zahm, Valencia Grace and Beren Olivia. 

Sam first made his name through music covers on TikTok during the first UK lockdown in 2020, and caught the attention of the Eurovision UK entry selection committee. 

He represented the United Kingdom in 2022 with his smash hit single Space Man, and ended up coming second overall in the competition. 

Since then, Sam has had a number one debut album, There’s Nothing but Space, Man!, and he was nominated for Best New Artist at the 2023 BRIT Awards. 

Sam’s pop perfection will no doubt fit easily into P!ink’s Summer Carnival gigs at BST Hyde Park, which will mark her only London performance this year. 

The global pop icon will be back in the UK for the first time since her 2019 sold-out Beautiful Trauma World Tour and is part of a huge list of music legends performing at Hyde Park in the summer.

She’ll be joined by the likes of Guns N’ Roses (30 June), Take That (1 July), BLACKPINK (2 July), Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band (6 + 8 July) and Billy Joel (7 July) and Lana Del Rey (9 July).

Speaking about the performance, P!nk said: “It’s been a long three years and I’ve missed live music so so much…So it’s finally time! I am so excited to get back to the UK and Europe to sing, cry, sweat and make new memories with my friends. It’s going to be magical!”
