They're just opened in the UK!

The Maldives is hot. Beautiful. Relaxing. But bloody hell, have you seen the prices?

Well, worry not Brits, you can now enjoy Indian Ocean vibes on your doorstep, as a stunning Maldives-style lodge has just opened in the UK!

The newly renovated Clawford Lakes Resort and Spa has opened its doors in Holsworthy, North Devon. There are 17 lakes that span the holiday park resort, with the luxury chalets offering waterside views — and here's the best bit, they come with private hot tubs!

Prices begin at £52 per person for a water villa, per night, and residents can hit up the resort's spa and pool complex, which boasts a infinity pool, sauna, a leisure centre and treatment rooms. If you're more active than that, there's a range of outdoor activities on offer, like paddle boarding, cycling, and fishing.

Oooh! And if you'd rather have an apartment than a water villa, you can get yourself a deal from just £38 per person, per night!

The residence is located just 22 miles north of Dartmoor National Park, and a 30-minute drive from Cornwall’s north coast, which means that the likes of Bude, Padstow and St. Ives are well within easy access.
