She might be a fan of a birthday cake made out of fruit, but it seems Victoria Beckham doesn’t Spice Up the rest of her diet.

Husband David Beckham has been witness to Victoria's choice of food for over 25 years, and recently admitted that while he loves to share his food with his wife, she will only ever eat one meal in particular.

David and Victoria have been married since 1999, and while chatting on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, the former footballer revealed the only meal she has eaten for most of their relationship.

As a self confessed foodie, David revealed on the podcast: “I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it.

“Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”

Victoria recently confessed to never eating things cooked in oil, butter or sauces, and will do her best to avoid red meat and dairy.

David went on to reveal how one of his favourite evenings out ever was when Victoria dipped into his dinner while she was pregnant with their daughter, Harper.

He added: “The only time she’s probably ever shared something that’s been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing.

“It was one of my favourite evenings. I can’t remember what it was but I know she’s not eaten it since.”

While Victoria is free to eat what she wants and how she pleases, Becks did confess to enjoying having the house to himself so he can also cook exactly what he wants too.

He continued: “Pretty recently I was in isolation for five days because I’d just been to Italy so I came back and on one of the last days Victoria’s parents had a party and I couldn’t actually go to it. So everyone was out of the house and I secretly loved it.”

On the menu for the sports icon? A T-bone steak, some English wagyu and red wine. Delicious!
