Listen up ya filthy animals! The iconic mansion from the Home Alone films will be available to rent on Airbnb for one night only this month (minus Kevin).

No matter your age, the Home Alone movies are a classic to watch at Christmas, and now you have the chance to spend the night at the McCallister’s house- hopefully without the pesky burglars.

Thanks to Airbnb, you can book a one-night stay at the mansion for $25 (£18.77). Not only will you get a room for the night, but guests can expect other treats during their stay.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by actor Devin Ratray who played Kevin McCallister’s older brother Buzz in the movies. You will also get to set booby traps, similar to those Kevin uses to fend off intruders, giving guests the chance to recreate some of the iconic scenes!

On top of that, guests will be treated to Chicago's finest pizza, a meet and greet with a tarantula and a private screening of the new Home Alone film titled Home Sweet Home Alone, released last month.

The mansion sits on half an acre of land with six bedrooms and six bathrooms and is located in Chicago. It went up for sale nearly nine years ago and sold for $24 million! So you’re definitely getting enough bang for your buck.

A video tour of the mansion went up on YouTube at the time, which you can see here:

The property is available for booking on December 7, and guests who secure a place will be staying there on December 12.

Airbnb took to Instagram to announce the news and also revealed it would be making a one-time donation to Chicago's La Rabida Children’s Hospital to honour the “first-ever stay at the McCallister home.”
