Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins USA is landing on our TV screens tonight and introducing the latest sixteen famous faces ready to battle their way through the brutal regime, including Mel B and Jamie Lynn Spears.

The brave celebrity recruits, including the Spice Girls star Mel B and Britney Spears' sister Jamie Lynn Spears, will have to confront their fears and fight their way through challenges straight out of the Special Forces handbook of horror.

That means trading in their luxury lifestyles in exchange of enduring, painful tests as instructed by their training coaches and ex-special forces operatives DS Billy (Mark Billingham), Foxy (Jason Fox), Rudy Reyes and Remi Adeleke.

And there's no VIP back door escape for them either unless they admit defeat, obtain an injury, or by force from chief directing staff (DS) Billy.

The stars of 2023 also include:

Beverley Mitchell, actress and country music singer.

Kenya Moore, actor, producer, director and former Miss USA.

Mike Piazza, a former professional baseball catcher.

Dr Drew Pinsky, media personality and addiction medicine specialist.

Anthony Scaramucci, an American financier.

Kate Gosselin, television personality, Jon & Kate Plus 8.

Dwight Howard, professional basketball player.

Montell Jordan, American singer, songwriter, and record producer.

Gus Kenworthy, British-American former freestyle skier, actor and YouTuber.

Nastia Liukin, Russian-born American former artistic gymnast.

Carli Lloyd, former professional football player.

Danny Amendola, former American football wide receiver.

Hannah Brown, television personality and former beauty pageant titleholder.

Tyler Florence, chef and television host.

You can watch the carnage from the comfort of your own sofa on E4 and All 4, Monday to Thursday from now.
