Following a successful run in London and the US, a huge collection of Banksy's work is opening in MediaCity, Manchester.

The massive exhibit will feature a collection of original works, with prints, canvases and sculptures from the famous artist.

Called The Art of Banksy, the works are on loan from 40 collectors from around the world.

It has been described as "the world’s largest collection of authenticated works by Banksy".

Put this date in your diary, as the exhibition is due to open at MediaCity in Salford on October 21.

The exhibition will be based in a purpose-built 1,200 square metre temporary structure in the heart of MediaCity.

It has not been authorised or curated in collaboration Banksy, so is unofficial, but the works themselves have been authenticated.

Works on display will include Girl With Balloon (2002), Flower Thrower (2003), Rude Copper (2002), and Brace Yourself (2010).

It opens to the public on Friday, October 21 and will run until Sunday, January 8, 2023.

Tickets are priced from £19.50 (concessions available) for adults.

They can be booked online on The Art of Banksy website or over the phone, on 03432081838.
