Stranger Things fans are thrilled about Chrissy and Eddie cast reunion

It was the most unlikely pairing of the metalhead and the cheerleader, but fans loved Chrissy and Eddie's chemistry in season 4.

If you haven't watched the latest series of Stranger Things yet - be warned this might ruin some things for you!

Fans adored the friendship (and hoped for more) between popular cheerleader Chrissy Cunningham, and D&D loving dealer Eddie Munson - however, it wasn't to be.

Chrissy was the first victim of Vecna, in front of a horrified Eddie.

Now, the actors Joseph Quinn (Eddie) and Grace Van Dien (Chrissy) have thrilled fans by posing for a picture together.

The snap was shared from the Aug. 25-28 Fan Expo Canada.

They were both scheduled to appear there, along with other stars of the supernatural series.

Quinn was asked if he thought Eddie would have stood a chance with Chrissy. 

“Eddie would have to step on Jason’s shoes pretty intensely. It would be lovely if there was a world in which [they could] be a pretty uncouth couple at Hawkins High that I think might shake things up a little bit.”

Fans were overjoyed at getting to see a new photo of them.

Elsewhere, Jamie Campbell Bower teased what he thinks is coming next for Vecna.
