The biggest night in film is almost here - and now we know who might be going home with that iconic statuette in March.
Leslie Jordan and Tracee Ellis Ross were on hand to unveil the nominees across the 23 different categories during the livestream announcement.
Power Of The Dog was by far the most nominated, ending up with an astounding 12 nominations, including Best Picture and Leading Actor for Benedict Cumberbatch. The movie will also be battling it out in the Actor in a Supporting Role category with both Kodi Smit-McPhee and Jesse Plemons nominated.
Next up is Dune, which landed 10 nods overall. They were recognised in mostly creative categories, including Make-up and Hair-Styling, Production Design and Sound, but did land in the coveted Best Picture list too.
Kenneth Branagh is no doubt elated at his semi-autobiographical epic Belfast getting nominated seven times, in Directing, Best Picture, and Actress in a Supporting Role for Judi Dench. The filmmaker recently told Chris Evans about the deeply personal experiences he based the film on.
After being snubbed by the BAFTAs, Olivia Colman finally made the Leading Role list for The Lost Daughter, but Lady Gaga was noticeably missing in the same category for House of Gucci.
Other note-worthy mentions include Billie Eilish's Bond theme in No Time To Die, which is now the sixth song from the 007 franchise to be nominated for best Original Song. Coda star Troy Kotsur is the first deaf male actor to land an Oscar nod too.
Riz Ahmed's documentary Flee completed a very rare feat by becoming the first movie to be nominated for Best Documentary, International Feature, and Animated Feature in the same year.
