Free gift terms and conditions

1. Thank you for signing up as a member of the Virgin Radio UK Friends and Family Club (“FAF”) via www.virginradio.co.uk. We are really excited to have you on board!

2. It is absolutely free to become a member of FAF and no purchase is necessary. 

3. As you have signed up to be a member of FAF, Talksport Limited (“Talksport”) is offering you the opportunity to be a Founder Member of FAF (“Founder Member”). 

4. To become a Founder Member, all you need to do is complete and submit the Founder Member application form we have sent to you via email (“Founder Member Form”). 

5. If you complete and return the Founder Member Form to us on or before 31 March 2019, you will be entitled to a free gift (“Gift”). The Gift will be sent to the postal address (UK only) you provide in the Founder Member Form. 

6. The Gift has been carefully selected by Talksport and we hope that you like it. 

7. Each Founder Member will be entitled to receive one Gift only (but the Gift is not limited to one per household in case anyone you live with is also a Founder Member). 

8. The Gift is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

9. Talksport has the final say about any aspect of the Gift and no correspondence will be entered into about the Gift. 

10. As you have signed up to be a member of FAF, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you are in breach of these terms, Talksport may choose to not send you the Gift. 

11. We may change the type of Gift that we send to you due to things like availability of products etc. 

12. As far as is allowed by law, Talksport, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of receiving the Gift except where it is caused by the negligence of Talksport, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. These terms are governed by English law and English courts has jurisdiction to deal with any matters arising from them.
