Is Tim Burgess the hardest working man in showbusiness?

The Charlatans frontman joined Edith Bowman in the studio on Tuesday morning to talk about a number of projects he’s got on the go.

His second book, ‘Tim Book Two – Vinyl Adventures From Istanbul to San Francisco’ was released last month, and he has a new album - - out next week, a collaboration with New York composer Peter Gordon.

As well as that, The Charlatans have some festival dates lined up, and have a massive gig with James coming up at the Echo Arena in Liverpool in December.

So it would be fair to say he’s got plenty going on!
