Red Hot Chili Peppers release their new album today!

Anthony Kiedis - the band's lead vocalist - swung by the Virgin Radio studios in the heart of London to chat to Edith Bowman, and tell her why it still gives him a kick to hear his songs on the radio.  

He also discusses how band member Flea's snowboarding accident "derailed the party train" and changed the course of the album.
