The final Celebrity MasterChef 2024 heat continued as judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace set the remaining four contestants more challenges.
After Traitors queen Diane Carson was sent home earlier this week, the stars left vying for a place in the last of this year’s quarter-finals were Sugababe Mutya Buena, Strictly Come Dancing star Vito Coppola, radio presenter OJ Borg and make-up artist and TV judge Dominic Skinner.
First up, the Pairs Challenge. Working in twos, each celebrity needed to deliver a top-notch plate of food which must not only look but also taste like their teammate's. However, only one celeb in each team received the instructions. Veggie kebabs and burgers were the order of the day, as Vito and OJ teamed up, as did Mutya and Dom.

Staying in the same pairs, the stars headed off to the real world to cook for members of the public, with Thai and South American food on the menu.
Then it was back to the MaterChef kitchen for the Street Food Market, whereby each celeb was required to rustle up a food truck feast for the judges.
At the end of all the challenges, it was OJ who was sent home. Upon being shown the door, he said: "My MasterChef experience, I would summarise it as, 'cook, cook, cook, cry, cry, cry, goodbye." I’ve loved every single moment, but it is tinged with sadness, and I’m sad my journey has ended.”
Vito said: “Quarter-final in MasterChef, I honestly cannot believe it. The feeling is like it’s not real. So I’m pinching myself. Is it true?”
Mutya remarked: “This is amazing, I never thought I’d be here, so I prepared myself, and was like, ‘Oh it’s fine, I’m going to go and get my nails done tomorrow,’ but it seems like I’ll be here again.
Dom said: “Oh my god I am blown away. I’ve had the best day. It’s been so much fun, and I just can’t wait for it to continue.”
Last week, Christine McGuinness, Jamie MacDonald and model Emma Thynn were knocked out in Heat Three, sending Dancing on Ice star Jake Quickenden and actor Tamer Hassan through.
In Heat Two, Chloe Burrows from Love Island was eliminated along with comedian Eshaan Akbar and EastEnders actor Danielle Harold, meaning that Line of Duty’s Rochenda Sandall and Gladiator Harry Aikines-Aryeetey went through.
Heat One saw telly and radio presenter Snoochie Shy, Charlotte Crosby and Edith Bowman were all sent home, leaving Ian ‘H’ Watkins from Steps and TV host Craig Doyle to go through to the next stage.
Celebrity MasterChef airs on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
