Freddie Brazier has opened up about his difficulties living with ADHD in a recent episode of Celebrity Race Across the World.
In emotional scenes, Freddie's dad TV presenter Jeff Brazier explained: "Freddie's strengths are absolutely numerous but he's the last person to see them himself.
"A lot of the time I think he sees himself as being inadequate, inferior, not enough."

Freddie added: "I was that kid in class that wasn't really the same. I struggled. My concentration wasn't the best. At ten I got diagnosed with ADHD.
"I didn't mean to misbehave. I didn't really know how to cope with everything that was going on. I don't think I was bad, but I wasn't good."
The dad of EastEnders star Bobby Brazier told viewers while in South America: "I couldn't hazard a guess on how Fred's mind works but I know he's going to do something amazing in his lifetime.
"We need the pioneers, we need the people that give a completely different opinion. That's what Fred's role is gonna be.
"And I see it. I've always seen it and I look forward to him realising it, one day it's all gonna click and fall into place."

Freddie was only four years old when his mother, reality TV star Jade Goody, died of cervical cancer.
On a previous episode, he explained: "I lost my mum when I was four and that was on Mother’s Day, which is really hard. I don’t really like showing my emotions. I don’t even speak to my dad much about my mum either. I just avoid it. I prefer to bottle it up.
"I don’t want to feel like I’m a burden to them. A lot of my memories that I have of my mum have come from watching a documentary, YouTube clips, newspapers, they are not my memories."
He continued: "I don’t really remember being held by my mum. If I had more memories of her, it would have made it a whole lot harder for me.'
Fans reacted: "So much love for Jeff and Freddie."

A second added: "So much attention given to the worst men who end up supposed role models to young boys, then you just get the likes of Jeff Brazier on #RATW being a brilliant dad and mentor to Freddie. It's such a joy to watch them."
A third penned: "Jeff and Freddie need their own TV show after #CelebrityRaceAcrossTheWorld they are just wonderful to watch."
"Jeff & Freddie Brazier - what genuinely lovely guys, go on lads," wrote a fourth.
"Love Jeff and Freddie’s relationship," commented a fifth.
Celebrity Race Across the World airs Wednesdays at 9pm on BBC One and iPlayer.
