Damian Lewis has hinted that fans might get to hear some brand new music when he hits the stage at Latitude Festival 2024.

The Billions actor will perform on the Second Stage at Henham Park in Suffolk when the festival kicks off once again in July. He’ll join the likes of headliners Duran Duran, Kasabian, and Keane.

Damian will make his big Latitude debut with some of his latest tracks from 2023 album Mission Creep, but he recently revealed he’s currently working on new music too.

Damian previously confirmed his Latitude set is “undoubtedly the biggest show” to date, and while speaking exclusively to virginradio.co.uk, he shared he’s feeling “pretty good” about the gig, with him and his band “match fit” following the end of their tour.

“We're gonna play a lot of the songs from the second record,” the actor revealed. “Just sort of start dribbling them out into the set because I think it gives quite a nice mix. It's less sort of roots-y singer-songwriter, the second record is a bit more indie, indie rock. I would say it's probably the best description of it. So it makes for quite a nice mixed up set.”

Damian has been spotted around Latitude in years gone by, and he’s excited to live the festival life from the other side of the stage.

On what he enjoys about festival performances versus a more intimate gig, the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star revealed: “I like people walking by your stage and stopping for 15 minutes going. ‘oh, what's going on here?’ and hopefully staying and enjoying it. That's what I like about festivals.”

He continued: “It's a different kind of pressure [doing a gig]. Everyone's paid for a ticket to come and see you. You hope that everyone is going to enjoy that experience. I like the randomness of a festival. People just find different acts.”

Damian won’t be the only big-screen star heading down the Henham, with The X-Files star David Duchovney also on the line-up to deliver tunes from his new album, Gestureland.

Latitude will take place at Henham Park, Suffolk, from 25th to 28th July 2024 and, along with the headline acts, the previously announced line-up includes artists such as Rick Astley, Ash, Rag ’N’ Bone Man, Nile Rodgers and CHIC, The Darkness and The Vaccines.
