Clarkson’s Farm star Lisa Hogan has dished the details on how her relationship with Jeremy Clarkson has changed since swapping city life for Diddly Squat Farm.

The rural Cotswolds business began in 2020, with Clarkson and Hogan opening up their rural life to cameras in 2021 for the first series of Clarkson’s Farm.

Series three of the super popular Prime Video series begins on 3rd May, and during a recent launch event, Lisa told and other press how life has changed since they decided to live out their agricultural dreams.

“Life has become a lot less frenetic and a lot busier,” Lisa confessed. “There is never nothing to do. It's just always busy, but it's less frenetic.

“It's just more natural because it's seasonal, so you know what to expect. It's either a good things or bad things about the seasons. The animals are born and so you know what's going to happen, but it's just a lot busier.”

Farm life isn’t anything new for “land girl” Lisa, but she did confess to missing “pavements in winter”

“Growing up, I was always kind of out and about. I had a horse and it just used to take off. I just like being outside,” she continued.

Meanwhile, partner Jeremy has hit back at critics of Clarkson’s Farm as it heads into its third series.

While fans of Clarkson are very used to the bright lights of the Who Wants to be a Millionaire? set or Top Gear, Clarkson’s Farm is a raw and unfiltered look at life in agriculture, and according to the star himself, the series is “genuine reality television”.

Speaking during a Q+A with and other press, Jeremy explained: “It’s not hosted by somebody in purple spectacles with a zany jacket, it's absolutely real. What you see actually happens, and none of it is planned.

Contrasting it to the glossy production of driving travel series The Grand Tour where “everything was planned”, the broadcaster elaborated: “Nothing is planned on this, I have no script. Every single day when we meet to do filming, every day we'll have a vague idea of what we need to do.”

Clarkson's Farm Season 3 Eps 1-4 will be released on Prime Video on Friday, 3rd May. Eps 5-8 will follow on Friday, 10th May.
