Fans react to the first trailer of French Girl rom com starring Zach Braff and Vanessa Hudgens

Oh là là! The first trailer for Zach Braff's new rom com, French Girl, starring Vanessa Hudgens and Evelyne Brochu has landed.

Braff plays 'hopeless romantic' high school teacher Gordon Kinski opposite Orphan Black actress Evelyne Brochu as Kinski’s girlfriend, Sophie Tremblay, and High School Musical's Vanessa Hudgens who stars as celebrity chef and Sophie’s ex, Ruby Collins.

"Pop the question before she switches teams again!" Braff's character is told in the movie, set in predominantly French-speaking Quebec, Canada.

The official film synopsis reads: "Zach Braff, Vanessa Hudgens and Evelyne Brochu star in this heartwarming romantic comedy.

"Gordon, a hopeless romantic, finds his proposal plans are thrown into chaos when his girlfriend is swept away to Quebec by a job offer from her ex, a sophisticated celebrity chef.

"Determined to keep their love alive, Gordon leaves Brooklyn for her hometown, only to find himself hilariously out of his depth in attempting to charm her hard-to-impress, French-speaking family.

"To his dismay her future boss also happens to be her former lover, a celebrity Chef with oceanic eyes and a hit TV show. Good luck Gordon."

Co-written and co-directed by James A. Woods and Nicolas Wright, their debut movie is a 'love letter to the place we were born and raised, the beautiful Canadian province of Quebec'.
