The Masked Singer: TWO celebrities unmasked in semi-final

With the grand final of The Masked Singer just a week away, two more celebrities were revealed in last night’s episode (10th February). 

This week, the panel were joined by former contestant Lorraine Kelly, who was previously unmasked on the show as Owl. She joined Jonathan Ross, Davina McCall, Mo Gilligan and Rita Ora as they did their best to figure out who was behind the mask. 

Air Fryer, Eiffel Tower, Piranha, Cricket, and Bigfoot all took to the stage to battle it out for a spot in the grand finale, but sadly, it was time to say goodbye to Air Fryer and Eiffel Tower. 

The first to be unmasked was Airfryer, who was revealed as Greatest Showman star Keala Settle.

When asked what she thought of the judges' previous guesses, Keala said: “There were so many close ones.  There were so many times when I was swaying back and forth, thinking, ‘Please don’t guess me!’  Then, with guest judges that you’ve had on the show, I actually knew Jennifer Saunders! I did Sister Act in the West End with her. I was standing there going, ‘Please don’t guess me’.”

Next up was Eiffel Tower, who was unmasked to be 80s pop sensation Tiffany. She ended the show by performing her hit, I Think We’re Alone Now. 

Speaking about her time on the show and going undetected, Tiffany said: “I think some of my true fans might know because I've always done hand gestures. So, they might guess that. I think the panel was most shocked that it was me. They got really close, but they didn't get there. I was chuckling inside the costume.  It was great when I got to sing I Think We're Alone Now and just be Tiffany.”

That leaves only Piranha, Cricket and Bigfoot in the final next week, where the panel will be joined by comedian Rob Brydon with a special cameo from actor David Tennant. 

The final episode of The Masked Singer will air on Saturday at 7pm on ITV1, ITVX and STV.
