This Morning host Holly Willoughby says she still 'doesn't yet know' what the future will look like for the show, following the turbulent departure of her former co-host Phillip Schofield.

Speaking to virginradio.co.uk and other press at the NTAs (National Television Awards) Holly Willoughby appeared to be looking on the brighter side since Philip Schofield was let go from This Morning, as she said her and the rest of the team, which includes soon to be GBBO host Alison Hammond, saying: "We're all just having a really good time."

However, when pressed to say whether the pairing of Hammond and Willoughby or any particular pairing would be the expected team to take the reigns of the show, Holly 'didn't yet know' what the future would hold.

She continued: "It all feels quite new. I think it's like taking it one day as it comes, until something feels right."

In the past the This Morning team have been known for having quite a wild time at the award show, with Willoughby once famously staying up the whole night and presenting the show that followed hungover.

Yet tonight she has promised 'for the moment I'm being sensible' although she wasn't quite sure about Alison who last year 'brought loads of tequila in, in her pocket."

Here's hoping for a quiet night for Holly.
